"Emily has been with Seaforth Dance Co. for almost two years. She started as a shy and reserved girl and over time we have seen her confidence and independence develop. We love hearing how she volunteers to take the lead in class and I love it when she corrects her father's pirouette. When Emily dances freely in public we get many compliments about her dancing and positioning, which can only be attributed to Seaforth Dance Co. developing her passion for dance. We love how the school allows the flexibility to use make-up classes for different genres and this has only encouraged Emily to want to dance more. The staff are beautiful souls who never fail to make us feel welcomed. Thank you!" - Marylene
"This is the most warm and nurturing ballet school I have ever come across! The staff are simply wonderful and go out of their way to make ballet an enjoyable experience for the children (and for the parents). Ballet class is the highlight of my daughter's week. Thank you Miss Gina for all you do to encourage a love of dance in my girl." - Allison

Miss Gina wishes to nurture and inspire the love of dance in all her students whilst providing technical classes that help students to grow as artists and refine technique. Miss Gina trained at the Tanya Pearson Academy both part-time and full-time, during this time she completed all RAD exams with high distinctions along with the Cecchetti majors. Whilst Gina was full-time she fell in love with the Cecchetti method of ballet teaching and is now a registered Cecchetti Ballet Teacher with Cecchetti Ballet Australia, also having received honours in her teaching exams. Miss Gina has a degree in Dance and Performance Studies and is currently undertaking further study with the Cecchetti Society. Over the last 10 years of teaching, and professional development Miss Gina's priorities of teaching have been that students need repetition, nurturing, and self-confidence to dance well. Miss Gina believes a balance between technique and self-expression is most important, we want each dancer to develop their own artistry and their own voice.
